It took very little assembly - just add the chair legs. The extension legs at the fron and back for when you make it a chaise or bed are already built in and tucks in and out easily enough with a firm pull. It is low on the ground as a bed or chaise but being short it is perfect.
Chair is SO COMFY! Its velvetly soft, smooth, and so easy to convert between a chair and a chaise. Its the perfect spot to read or curl up and work in the afternoons, and I can’t wait to host guests to try out the bed function. Super great quality well worth the price, I love it!!!
